Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, with any hygiene sticker or liner intact and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn intimate items.

To start a return, email us at contact@totheshape.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Products or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can review it and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with European Union regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to cancel or return your purchase for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@totheshape.com.
