At To The Shape, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely and with no surprises. Here you will find all the details.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Worldwide Shipping & Priority Zones
We ship worldwide. Thanks to our warehouses located across several regions, orders sent to our priority zones — the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe — are dispatched from the nearest local warehouse and typically arrive faster, within 3 to 7 business days. For all other destinations, estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days from the shipping date.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local carriers and customs clearance. Delays are rare but can occur during periods of high demand or for reasons beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries around the world. Orders to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe are prioritized and fulfilled from our closest warehouse for faster delivery. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there. If it is not yet listed, we are constantly expanding our coverage, so please check back soon.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any applicable taxes or duties are shown before payment: the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no additional costs on delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at purchase. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before shipping.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please write to us: we will be happy to help you locate it and resolve the issue.
